IIMI operates parallel facilities in two countries: Sri Lanka and Bangladesh. Most of our major projects are split between separate facilities in the two countries. In the event of any adverse situation, e.g., natural disaster, Internet failure, etc., critical production can be shifted to unaffected facilities until the situation returns to normal, ensuring uninterrupted production.
